Ohad is the head of the high-tech and commercial departments.
Ohad provides ongoing consultation and representation for start-ups, as well as for mature organizations, and he represents clients in various commercial agreements, including license agreements, development and business partnerships, intellectual property, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions and labor law, in Israel and abroad.
Ohad has unique expertise in fintech, including for clients who are engaged in digital currencies (cryptocurrencies), blockchain applications and open banking.
Ohad regularly participates in discussions concerning financial legislation and the regulation of digital currencies with all relevant regulators, giving him a unique in-depth perspective on developments in the field.
Before joining the firm, Ohad worked in the Economic Department of the District Court in Tel Aviv as a legal clerk to the Honorable Judge Khaled Kabub (now serving as a Supreme Court Justice). Prior to that position, Ohad served as an intern to the Honorable Justice Edmond Levy at the Israeli Supreme Court.
In addition to his work as an attorney, Ohad is the founder and a member of the board of the CPCHESS association (Children Playing Chess), which encourages the study of chess among Israeli children from the periphery, and actively serves in the IDF Navy Reserves at the rank of lieutenant colonel.
