Lior is an associate attorney in the firm’s high-tech department. Lior specializes in the fields of high-tech, commercial law, and corporate law, and provides ongoing legal advising.

Lior provides representation and consulting for start-ups and VCs and represents clients in commercial agreements in a variety of fields, including license agreements, intellectual property, corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions, in Israel and abroad.

Before joining the firm, Lior interned in the Environmental Law and Sustainability Department at Goldfarb Seligman Law Office.
