Eli is the head of the medical malpractice department.

Eli has diverse and extensive experience in managing litigation procedures, with an emphasis on the fields of tort law and medical malpractice. Eli represents doctors and medical institutions, including some of the largest institutes in Israel, in malpractice lawsuits regarding all fields of medicine, including gynecology and obstetrics, genetics, oncology, neurosurgery, surgery, family medicine, etc. Eli’s experience includes handling disputes in all instances and before judicial tribunals.

In addition to his unique expertise in the field of medical malpractice, Eli has extensive experience in leading complex civil and administrative litigation. Eli also has a vast experience in providing ongoing legal advice and crisis management to various entities, including medical institutions and international companies.
