Avia is an associate attorney in the firm’s high-tech department. Avia specializes in the fields of high-tech, commercial law, and corporate law.

Avia provides representation and advice to start-ups and VCs and represents clients in commercial agreements in a variety of fields, including licensing agreements, intellectual property, corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions, in Israel and abroad.

Prior to joining the firm, Avia interned with the High-Tech and Technology Department at Goldfarb Seligman Law Office.
